FOREIGN OFFICE ANNOUNCEMENT 15TH DECEMBER 2023
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has announced that with effect from 1st January 2024, the price of a single Apostille (standard service) will increase from £30 to £45 (or £40 if applying via an agent).
This news comes after the already disappointing announcement that the Foreign Office Legalisation Department will no longer offer its same day Premium Service from 2024, despite the fact it creates a significant amount of revenue. No doubt some of this ‘lost’ revenue, will be recouped by the new price increase.

Form ID5 can be used as an alternative to both ID1 and ID2 forms and can be completed quickly and efficiently using a video call.
